Choosing to pivot mid-life is rarely straightforward. There are fears, doubts, and the practical realities of balancing work and family. But there’s also clarity, focus, and an unexpected freedom that comes with experience.

For me, design isn’t just about decorating a space. It’s about creating environments that make life easier, calmer, and more beautiful. And project management isn’t just about schedules—it’s about understanding people, processes, and how spaces truly function.

Over the next months and years, I’ll be sharing the journey of building this business from the ground up, managing projects with care and balancing life as a parent. I’ll write about design tips, project management lessons and the small but meaningful victories that come from taking the long, thoughtful path.

Restarting a career at this stage isn’t a setback—it’s a chance to design the second act intentionally, with experience as your guide. And that’s exactly what I’m doing.
